By enrolling in the Elite Automotive Loyalty Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is free and available to all customers of Elite Automotive.

• One membership per customer; accounts cannot be shared or transferred.

2. Earning Rewards & Benefits

• Rewards, perks, and benefits are provided at the discretion of Elite Automotive and may vary.

• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or credit.

• Some rewards may only apply to specific services, vehicles, or promotional periods.

3. Redemption

• Rewards must be redeemed at Elite Automotive in Henderson, NV.

• Rewards must be used within the stated timeframe; expired rewards will not be honored.

• Rewards cannot be combined with certain discounts, promotions, or financing offers unless specified.

4. Program Changes

• Elite Automotive reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel the Program, benefits, or terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation in the Program after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Limitations & Responsibility

• Elite Automotive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused rewards.

• The Program is intended for personal vehicle service use only, not for resale or third-party businesses.

• Abuse of the Program, including fraud or misrepresentation, may result in termination of membership.

6. Privacy

• By enrolling, you agree to receive communication related to the Program, including reminders, promotions, and updates.
